Dai-Gin-Jyo Ten-Jyu
The first of all, I prefer a sake hot….yes I know everybody is shouting right now “Whaaaat ?!”, “Are you joking me ? Hellooo??” or “Are you out of mind ??”. Because….it’s super easy to get drunk and stoned as I take a cold sake. How many time do I loose my mind…. how many time do I fall asleep on the street …. how many time do I puke…. there are so many stories as much as I drink. Anyway I’m going to review this nice sake Tenjyu 天寿. This sake has a good dry taste and a modest sweet flavor. I guess it wouldn’t be sweet enough if you like really sweet one, for example “No.6”. I mean that the unobtrusive sweetness of this sake is like rice in Japan.
